These basic terms describe how the After 5 launch request flow works for Dallas–Fort Worth after-hours IT support.
Requests and review
Submitting a contact or consultation request does not confirm a booking, guarantee availability, or create a response-time commitment. After 5 reviews requests before confirming whether a service can move forward.
Paid service requests
Where a service includes hosted checkout, payment starts a request. Payment alone does not confirm an appointment; the request remains subject to review for scope, fit, and availability.
Service scope
After 5 focuses on practical everyday support such as laptops, printers, Wi-Fi basics, straightforward software or account setup, and home-office issues. Data recovery, complex repair, managed IT, cybersecurity monitoring, and response guarantees are outside the stated launch scope.
